About Patie – A Personal Story 

I moved to Ashland with my daughter after the unexpected loss of my husband. We were living in Petaluma at the time, just north of San Francisco, and looking to start fresh in a town that felt like home. We drove into Ashland, explored for a few hours, and by the end of that day, I had purchased our home. I’ve never looked back.  

Ashland felt like the place I was meant to be, and it was the perfect place to raise my young daughter. The beauty of Lithia Park, the warm, welcoming community, the schools, the rivers, and the trees, everything about Southern Oregon spoke to me. Over the years, I’ve helped over 1000 clients across the county, many as they newly discovered why this area is the perfect place to call home.  
Before real estate, I was a Financial Controller and Vice President at a private corporation in San Francisco and co-owned a camera graphics business with my late husband, serving clients such as the Opera House, the Chronicle, Macy’s and the De Young Museum. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in business, marketing, and negotiations, all of which I brought to my real estate career.  
Today, I live just outside of town with my wonderful husband Rob, surrounded by nature and the life we’ve built together. We share five children and three grandchildren, and we work hard, love our hobbies, and are endlessly grateful to be part of this incredible region.
